The owner of this custom luxury home across the street from the TPC golf course obviously likes the colors of Tuscany.  Most homes in The Canyons village are in sandy brown desert shades.

The Canyons Village in Summerlin

The Canyons Village is Summerlin's most upscale area.   In all other villages there are some gated neighborhoods; in The Canyons all neighborhoods are gated and some have guards on duty, too.  The Canyons also has more custom luxury home neighborhoods than any other village in Summerlin.  Within The Canyons Village is the neighborhood of Tournament Hills which is arguably the most prestigious address in Las Vegas.

Some neighborhoods have community pools and/or clubhouses.  More commonly, individual homeowners install their own private pools on the grounds surrounding their homes.

The Tournament Players Club is at the center of The Canyons and many homes face onto the course.  

The most recent addition to the Canyons Village in Summerlin is a condo development next to the JW Marriot Resort and Spa (which you may have seen on the television show CSI identified as the Rampart Casino.)
