• Lake Las Vegas - a super-luxury resort community in the southeast Las Vegas Valley.  It is unique--combining a Mediterranean ambiance with golf and other country club amenities, along with a Yacht and Beach club on the South shore for members. The Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course is ranked 2nd best in Las Vegas.  
• Queensridge - in Peccole Ranch North.  Homes in this guard-gated neighborhood range from 2700 sq. ft. upscale production homes to luxurious estate size residences. The clubhouse facility includes 2 pools and tennis courts. Some homes in Queensridge face onto the Badlands Golf Course.
