Located across Tropicana Avenue from the famed Spanish Trail Country Club in Las Vegas, El Paseo is a smaller community for people age 55 and over.    

There are only 180 homes in this gated neighborhood. All homes are detached -- no condos.  All homes have the master bedroom on the ground floor, even the 2 story homes.  House sizes range from 1180 sq. ft. to 1760 sq. ft. and were built in the late 1980s and early 1990s.  There is a pool and clubhouse for use by residents and their guests. 

This community is a nice alternative to the huge Sun City communities in the Las Vegas area. Homeowners fees are significantly lower than the Sun Cities and you will probably get to know many of your new neighbors quickly. 

El Paseo is the retirement community closest to The Strip.
