Live the Las Vegas High Life!

For decades the only high-rise condominiums in Las Vegas were at The Regency within the Las Vegas Country Club.  Now there are new and varied choices for luxurious condo living--all  located just blocks from the excitement of casinos and gorgeous hotels on The Strip and near downtown.    

Buyers' Market. It is definitely a buyer's market now in Las Vegas -- both for single family homes and condos.  Prices have softened -- particularly for resales. If you are interested buying in a high-rise condo, you definitely should be able to negotiate some very good incentives on resales and bank-owned units.  Many have never been lived in and are essentially "new" condos -- at very attractive prices.

SoHo Lofts LV.  The first luxury high rise near the revitalized downtown Las Vegas.  Many resale units are available now.  

Newport Lofts near downtown.  This condo tower has 168 units in its 35 stories.  Many resales available.

The Residences at MGM Grand.  This new condominium tower is located in the heart of MGM Grand. 

City Centre.  MGM Grand is also moving head with the City Centre complex.  This will include 4 distinctly different condominium buildings: Veer, Vdara, Mandarin Oriental and the Harmon Tower.  Construction has begun and presales are available.

ONE Las Vegas HAS five 21 story towers with 1000 total condo units located near Windmill and Las Vegas Blvd. A penthouse in this tower was featured on HGTV's "Design Star" program.

Palms Place, a 599 unit luxury condo tower, is being built next to the very hip Palms Casino.

Panorama.  Located just to the West of The Strip, this high rise promises to be a landmark building.   Tower One is now completely sold out and Tower Two, not yet constructed, has only a few units left.  

Pinnacle has 1104 condos in two 36 story towers located at Tropicana and Cameron near the Orleans Hotel Casino.  

Platinum.  A 225 unit condominium hotel on Flamingo just to the south of The Strip.  Residents own their condos but may also allow them to be rented by the night to visitors.

Sky Las Vegas, has 350 units and is located near Sahara and Las Vegas Blvd.   

Summit, a 940 foot tall condo tower, to be located on the northeast corner of Sahara and Las Vegas Boulevard, across from the Sahara Casino.  Plans call for the lower floors to be fully furnished and available for rental to visitors if the condo owners choose.  The top 16 floors will contain 151 permanent residential units, called "Sky Homes".  

Turnberry Place.  A four tower condo complex near The Strip. The views of the entire Las Vegas Valley from these high-rise homes are spectacular and the interiors are impeccably appointed.  There are two and three bedroom homes, plus larger penthouses.  Residents of Turnberry may join the private Sterling Club which is located in the heart of this gated community. 

Turnberry Towers. This building is a complement to Turnberry Place.  New condos are available at both complexes.  

Trump Towers.  Donald Trump and the owner of the New Frontier Casino have built 2 condominium towers at Industrial Road and Fashion Show Drive, just off The Strip near the TI (Treasure Island). The first tower has sold out; condo homes are available in the second tower.
