Siena's community center includes both large indoor and outdoor pools, plus state of the art fitness center and wellness center.

Siena, located in the southwestern part of the Las Vegas Valley, is one of the many "villages" in the master-planned community of Summerlin.

Siena is a guard-gated retirement neighborhood for people 50+  inspired by Tuscany in Italy. It is smaller, more intimate age-restricted than the Sun City communities in Las Vegas. Built around a golf course, the winding streets of this village lead to the heart of the community--the village center.  In this center are opulent indoor and outdoor pools, spa facilities, wellness center, tennis courts, bocce courts, reflecting garden and more.

Siena is not far from the gateway to Red Rock Canyon and the beautiful Spring Mountains.  It is, however, built on relatively flat terrain, unlike Sun City Summerlin or Sun City Anthem.  It is also quite close to the 215 beltway that encircles Las Vegas, making access to other parts of the city easier.

The single-story homes in Siena range in size from 1235 sq. ft. to 3,192 sq. ft. and are now only available by resale.
