Solara at Anthem
Solera is age-restricted
neighborhood for people age 55+ and is part of the
Anthem complex of communities in the southern hills of
the Las Vegas Valley. It is located adjacent to
Sun City Anthem and not far from the prestigious Anthem
Country Club.
The Solera clubhouse has
swimming facilities, bocce and tennis courts, a computer
room, big screen TV room, game and craft rooms and more.
Golf, however, is available at the nearby Revere golf
course in Sun City Anthem or at public golf courses
around the area. This means that the
homeowners association fees at Solera are lower than at
Sun City Anthem.

The Villas is a
new gated community of single-story, attached townhomes
within Solera. The townhome owners have access to
all the amenities of Solera including the Clubhouse,

market now in Solara. In the community you will
