Both The Paseos and The Arbors are
essentially residential neighborhoods with the many parks and trails
common to all the Summerlin Villages. Each however has its
distinctive character.
 |
Homeowners in The
Arbors Village enjoy a sense of being high above the Las Vegas
Valley. And many of them have views that are
especially spectacular at night.. |
The Arbors Village is on a
hillside above the Trails and there really is a sense of soaring above
Las Vegas. Many of the homes have been sited to take advantage of the
amazing citylights views. Even the large community park overlooks the
city. The 215 Beltway is at the western edge of The Arbors and gives
residents easy access to other parts of the Las Vegas Valley. Only
resale homes are available now.
Begun in 2003, The Paseos is a new
village on the west side of the 215 Beltway at the entrance to Red Rock
Canyon in the Spring Mountains. Like The Vistas village adjacent
to it, The Paseos is at about 3000 feet and is definitely cooler than
the lower areas of the Las Vegas Valley.
 |
Earthtones and dark
tile roofs are characteristic of many homes in The Paseos
Village. The cloudy sky is a result of the start of the
summer monsoon season. |
Many homes in The Paseos
take their architectural inspiration from the old Spanish
Hacienda and Mission styles. The landscaping contains all
drought-tolerant plants. There are several neighborhoods
within The Paseos Village with new homes for sale. Resale homes
are also available.
