Summerlin Hospital has attracted many doctors to the office buildings nearby on Town Center Drive in The Crossing.

This village, adjacent to the Trails Village retail center, is the business hub of Summerlin.  Office buildings line Town Center Drive in The Crossing, many of them home to businesses associated with real estate development and sales.

Rising above the commercial and business district in The Crossing are established residential neighborhoods.

There are also residential neighborhoods in the more hilly, western area of the Crossing.  All new homes have been sold, but resale homes are available.  As with all other Summerlin villages, a trail system winds through The Crossing Village.
