The chances are good that you will meet your neighbors at the Trails Village retail center. It is a hub of activity and shopping for the northern part of Summerlin. Just across the street are the Trails Community Center and the Trails Village park, where youth soccer is played with a fervor. A performing arts center and the Nevada Ballet Theatre as well as the Summerlin Library call the Trails Village their home.
The Trails Village was built during the 1990s and has tree-lined streets and, overall, a lush green feel. There are very upscale, gated luxury neighborhoods within the village as well as homes in other price ranges. There are also condos in the village. All homes and condos are available by resale only.
